During this session we will discuss the on-line forms that you have completed prior to this scheduled time, learn more about you, your treatment history, goals, and develop a collaborative treatment plan.

During this session we will take the opportunity to review your psychiatric medication and engage in brief problem-focused psychotherapy or spend the time focused solely in psychotherapy.
